As your Will is such an important legal document, it is important to have the location of its whereabouts stored on a secure database for your loved ones to access should the worst happen to you.

No, our system is designed so that individuals may enter the information of where their Will is held, for example with a specific solicitor and our database stores the location and date of your Will for your loved ones to access in the event of your passing. 

AWR services are available for an annual subscription of $20.00 including GST.  Payments can be easily & securely made via credit card online

By selecting the SEARCH page on our website, you can enter information to confirm if a person has stored the location of their Will with the Australian Will Registry.

When a search is successful, you will be able to access the location of the Will. 

A small fee of $149 (including GST) is applicable to access the information. Payments can be made safely & securely via credit card online. 

Registering your Will is completely OPTIONAL, but is highly recommended to ensure the investment YOU have made in creation & upkeep of your Will is to avail and that your final wishes are executed

Once you have received the stored information in our database, we recommend that you make contact with the law firm or solicitor that is holding custody of your loved ones Will to organise its release. Law firms must maintain professional conduct and have an obligation to release the relevant Will information to the nominated executor or next of kin.
