A Will is a legally binding document that sets out the distribution of your assets after the event of your death. A Will is a very important document as it allows your assets to be protected and distributed according to your wishes.

In the event of your death, if you don’t have a Will, your assets and the entirety of your estate is distributed according the Australian Administration and Probate Act 1958. This means that your assets are not distributed according to your wishes. This is why it is crucial to have a legal Will document, so that in the event of your death, your assets are distributed as you want.
